Payables
What is due, and when
Rent and service charge per property and month, with a clear record of what is settled and what remains due.
For companies that rent
Offices, branches, staff flats or a warehouse. BuildingHQ keeps what each landlord is owed, what has been paid and which receipts are missing.
No card required Spreadsheet import included
Answers before month end
Keep lease obligations, payment evidence and reporting in one place before the accountant has to ask for them.
Payables
Rent and service charge per property and month, with a clear record of what is settled and what remains due.
Receipts
File the transfer confirmation as you pay. The register immediately shows which payment still needs evidence.
Reporting
See costs split into rent, service charge and one-off items by month and property, then print or export to CSV and Excel.
Connected when useful
Name the landlord account and both sides can refer to the same payment record. You report a payment; they confirm it. A correction becomes an approval request.
Most landlords will not use BuildingHQ, and that works normally too. Your record and their contact details stay together either way.
Across your locations
English, Persian, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese and Japanese, with right-to-left layouts, Jalali months for Persian accounts and the currency each lease uses.
